As every parent knows, finding time to work out can be a challenge. Yesterday was no exception. The great news was that Anna wanted to join me for my run and I happily obliged, suggesting that we do a simple run/walk along the Embarcadero. Our focus? Having a good time!
I dressed her up in some running clothes (including one of my headsweats, which looked super cute on her), and we were off! A few windy miles later, we made it back home safely and very happy :)
